Dr. Reut Gruber—McGill University & Douglas Mental Health University Institute
(Feb. 9th) 7-8pm

While healthy sleep is a great tool to help weather the coronavirus storm, sleep deprivation can have a negative impact on both academic performance and mood. In this webinar we will look closely at the specific barriers to healthy sleep in adolescence, and outline strategies to deal with these barriers.
